We undertake smaller commercial projects up to about 20,000 sq.ft. of office space, and 100,000 sq.ft. of industrial space, and aim to optimise the floor areas achieved, as well as the overall layout and usability.

We undertake smaller new build projects as well as internal and external refurbishments, and can assist in space planning, partitioning and furnishing.


The Mill

RESTAURANT REFURBISHMENT WITH NEW SECOND FLOOR

Complete refurbishment of restaurant interior, in consultation with Italian shopfitters, with new rear extension, in Conservation Area. Entire 6 storey building refitted with new services, staircases and airconditioning.

Piano Factory

Extension & conversion of original piano factory to nursery units and two storey offices.
