This project initially involved the complete refurbishment of the existing mill, which originally looked extremely shabby, with wartime camouflage and tin roof. We arranged for the whole building to be cleaned, re-pointed and re-roofed. The interior was then gutted, the holes in the floors were infilled, the basement tanked, and the whole building fitted out for letting as offices.

The second stage of the project was to demolish the single storey sheds leading to the entrance of the site, and following a successful Planning Appeal, we obtained permission for an additional two-storey office development in the Wendens Ambo Conservation Area.
