This building is generous in every respect, having a floor area in excess of 7000 sq ft and comprising of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms with the whole of the ground floor given over to living accommodation.
Special features include a full height entrance hall with galleried staircase and working fireplaces in all the principle rooms.
The building was fully detailed by P+R Associates ready for construction, following which our involvement was reduced to a watching brief with the project completed by a project manager.
The West House was fully detailed by P+R Associates before the contract was let to a design and build contractor for implementation. P+R were retained as consultants during construction.
