The house was completed stripped out, back to brickwork and provided with new foundations and drainage. The interior layout was completely revised to provide new luxury accommodation. In carrying out the works, most of the front wall was rebuilt, and the building was rehabilitated structurally. Full use was made of the existing internal light well where rights of light were exploited to provide extra residential accommodation.
