Complete refurbishment of existing mews house to provide revised accommodation and mansard roof.

We obtained Planning Permission for the maximum permissable area, with new windows at first floor level, front and rear. The garages were also converted, but retained for much needed parking space.

A new steel frame was installed at second floor level to form the mansard roof, and all of the internal layout was revised to provide well proportioned rooms.
