This was a brief for a building on a greenfield site, provided by the Local Authority.

The site was steeply sloping, so the constraints on disabled access and car parking dictated much of the site planning.

P+R Associates managed the construction process from initial brief to completion.

Consulting rooms were provided with separate examination rooms, plus meeting areas, sub-waiting, nurses’ laboratory and administration facilities, within a new timber-framed building.
