The original bungalow has been extended on both sides, to provide generous accommodation to suit the clients who had moved from a larger house locally.

The site had a number of constraints, particularly on the ridge height, due to the proximity of substantial trees on adjacent plots.

Planning Consent was negotiated with the Local Authority on what had been a controversial project.

The works included the complete refurbishment of the building, including the entire fit-out of the interior, as well as new plumbing, heating, electrics, and insulation to current standards.
