Extension & Conversion to form 13 new Flats, Streatham,

At A Glance

This project involved the extension and conversion of an old Post and Sorting Office, to provide two additional floors and subdivide the existing six flats.

In Depth

The building was stripped back to the structure, and 13 new flats were created above a functioning wine bar and night club on the ground floor and basement.

The building was completely refurbished inside and out, including external areas and revised common parts, with disabled access and a new passenger lift. The night club in the basement, and the bar on the ground floor were also refurbished.

Our involvement was from inception of the scheme through the Planning process including preparation of tender documents, all working drawings and arrangements for servicing the site. Having carried out a competitive tender, we let the contract on clients’ instructions, and carried out the administration to completion.
