The project included the demolition of the existing three bedroom detached house, and the design and construction of a new timber framed building with generous living accommodation, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, music room, study and home cinema, as well as a games room on the top floor.

P+R Associates obtained Planning Consent for the largest building that the Local Authority would allow on the site, incorporating the games room in the roof, which effectively created an extra storey.

We managed the project from inception, through Planning and construction detailing, to completion, with contractor selected through the traditional tender process.
